Noise In The Hood

For this next Manifest mixtape we’re going to take it back to 1991 and bring back the classic, Boyz in the Hood.  This academy award winning film follows Tre, Doughboy, Ricky and other friends as they grow up in the hood trying to make it while living in the middle of a gang warzone.  If you haven’t ever seen this movie, stop reading this and go watch it right now.  If you have, this mix will take you back with clips as well as tracks from the movie and others from that time all mixed together to make you feel like you’re in south central rolling in your 63 droptop searching for that red Hyundai.

When i hit up my man Ammbush out in San Francisco about doing this mix awhile back, he was game right from the start.  There aren’t alot of mixes out like Noise In The Hood and i know you will enjoy all his hard work and dedication to making this mix a must have for any mixtape collection.  Enjoy the mix!
